Our Mission Statement: The Bakersfield Baseball Academy (BBA) is dedicated to supporting, developing and placing student athletes into the college ranks. BBA’s director, Bobby Maitia, believes that there is college for almost every committed player.

Our goal is to provide opportunities and exposure while competing at the highest level available while instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and honesty. BBA teaches their players to respect the game, work hard, and to play the game the right way.
